David LaChapelle x Maybach Zeppelin

With examples of David LaChapelle affinity for working with the automotive world seen just recently with his exhibition in Miami titled Cars and Money: New Works, the American photographer takes on a large scale project with Daimler. At the center of this collaborative art meets automotive venture is the brand new Maybach Zeppelin. To set things up, Daimler enlisted LaChapelle with both the contemporary Maybach Zeppelin as well as an original 1931 Maybach Zeppelin DS 8. Daphne Guinness also factors into the equation to help in LaChapelle’s interpretation of the past and present. For more details, a full press release can be seen below. Some photos are NSFW.
